Is privacy policy mandatory?

If you use Google Analytics or other scripts, it’s mandatory to show a cookie popup notice and display the privacy policy.

Cookie popup notice is automatically shown by superblog if you use Google analytics. You have to place a link to your privacy policy in your superblog’s dashboard (settings>expert).
